Having a group of people that you trust and that are nonjudgmental, opens up the ability to share your story with others and work through things you may have thought you were alone on. You may have been apart of boards, committees, and other groups in your profession but may have felt like you never got had the chance to get to the root of your questions, concerns and goals. Maybe you are supposed to have all the answers but in reality you don't. This is a mixture between a Peer Accountability Group and an Emotional Intelligence Group. 

Key Elements to this group:

Accountability: Each member is responsible for their actions and their impact on the group. The group holds each other accountable to living by their core values

Empathy: They actively listen and understand each others’ perspectives, fostering a sense of unity

Trust: They have confidence in each other’s abilities and intentions. They can be open and vulnerable, confiding in each other because they create a safe space

Communication: They maintain open and honest dialogue, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned

Respect: They treat each other with dignity, valuing their unique contributions
